France delivers urgent humanitarian aid to Gaza by air amid crisis
President Emmanuel Macron announces airborne food aid to Gaza and urges stronger international cooperation to address the worsening humanitarian situation

France has delivered emergency food aid to Gaza by air to help address a growing humanitarian crisis, President Emmanuel Macron announced on social media. The operation was carried out with the support of Jordan, the United Arab Emirates, and Germany, as confirmed by Macron, who also shared images of the airdrop. The French president drew attention to the urgency of the crisis and pointed to the contributions of French military personnel and partner countries.
While expressing gratitude for the international cooperation behind the mission, Macron emphasized that airdrops alone will not be enough to meet Gaza’s critical needs. He called for an increased global response and highlighted the severe and ongoing humanitarian disaster facing Palestinians, underscoring the importance of strengthening collaboration among nations during such times.
Macron also appealed directly to Israel, stressing the need to allow full humanitarian access to the affected areas. He stated that ignoring the threat of famine in Gaza is not an option and urged all parties to act swiftly. The statement from Paris adds to mounting international pressure and reiterates calls for a comprehensive approach to alleviating the suffering in Gaza.
